Immaculately clean hotel in a spotlessly clean building. Very close to the restaurant for dinner, the actual bus stops, and Poland. - Quiet location to the city centre by car, easy to get around.

There was an extremely spacious and fairly quiet room with seperated bathroom. The hotel had particularly good location near to St Marys church in the morning and afternoon, the old city center and the next bus stop about a half block away. Everything was fine, the staff were lovely and kind...

Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to everyone. This place is super modern, the staff is awesome, and its location close to the airport is so peaceful 🌿.

it was good that we would park our car in the private parking without any fee. The location also is quite good (you need just one bus to go to the centre). Breakfast also was quite fair comparing with the price.

The building and the rooms are soviet style, but the biggest problem was huge noise coming from the street. We could not sleep with open window. And the shower was not very nice..

The room was air-conditioned with a separate bathroom. The staff were competent and efficient. The hotel was very close to a bus stop and tram station.

The location is good, reasonably close to the city centre and very close to the famous salt mine. Wifi is freely available in all rooms and of good quality.

The room was smelly, with a very worn out bathroom. Noise from other rooms and the corridor penetrates the room easily.

This venue is pleasant and great, located in a suburban area within a 15-minute walk to the lake.

A very good price referring to its confort. The staff was OK, they were speaking English fluently. In the city, while you step away from the centre, people are speaking English more badly or even not at all. Overall, it was a nice hotel and a friendly staff.

The location was far from the city centre, but the bus lines were good enough to get wherever we wanted. The waitress didn't knew English

Free Internet access, free parking and breakfast, bus stop near the hotel with direct bus to city center, very low price, quite good quality (notice that we had a "higher level" room in new part of the building - old part didn't look nice), very kind and nice personel.

The suburban location was great and my spacious modern twin room made my stay really enjoyable, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel with a bit old design, but with the secure parking (cameras) and the reception desk open 24h. Not far away from the center town (10 min by car) and not far from Wieliczka (10 min by car). The room was clean with kettel, but no hair dryer not the or caffee offered. Bathroom a bit old, clean but not very nice. Restaurant with not to much choise, but as town center is not far away it doesn't matter. Receptionist very kind and helpful. Good place, not expensive.

Toilets not very nice, need some refreshing. A little bit noisy (we heard the noisy neighbours comming back at night to their rooms)
